Make it a Beautiful Sunset...Friday August 29

When you are angry,do not sin,and be sure to stop being angry before the end of the day.

Ephesians 4:26 (NCV)

The NASB says Don't let the Sun go down on your anger. This is great advice from the Apostle Paul. It is never good to end your day angry with anyone, especially your spouse. Overnight people tend to dwell on the argument or disagreement and pursue it the next day. The next day always has it's own challenges. So, do yourself a favor and take a few minutes to resolve any difference you may have had that day. Then pray and wake up ready to face a new day. Make this a daily habit and you will live a longer, happier, healthier life. Have a GREAT weekend and do something fun.

  1. So, this is the 2nd time this week that I've come accross that very passage. I remember hearing "don't go to bed mad" when I was growing up, funny how the Bible is the main source of our morals & we don't even know it! i'm loving this daily devotional, life is good!
