There are many times in life we have to step out on faith. Maybe you are thinking about a decision that needs to be made and you are praying about it. You may feel that God is leading you to take a certain path but it does not make sense. Sometimes that is just the way it works. It did not make sense for Simon Peter to step out of the boat and try to walk on water but if he had not he never would have had that experience. Now this part is very important, it is OK to step out on faith but it is a bad idea to step out on foolishness. Before Simon Peter stepped out of that boat he heard Jesus tell him to come.
